Ho'oponopono and how it's used to create miracles

Ho'oponopono is a Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness that has been used for centuries as a tool for healing and peace. The practice is based on the idea that we are all connected, and that by healing ourselves, we can heal the world around us.

The origins of Ho'oponopono can be traced back to the ancient Hawaiian culture, where it was used as a way to resolve conflicts and restore harmony between family members and communities. In this traditional form, Ho'oponopono was practiced in a group setting, often led by a kahuna (spiritual leader) who would guide the participants through the process of forgiveness and reconciliation.

In the modern practice of Ho'oponopono, the focus is on personal responsibility and healing. The practice involves four simple statements that are repeated over and over as a form of meditation or prayer:

  1. I'm sorry

  2. Please forgive me

  3. Thank you

  4. I love you These statements are believed to help us release negative emotions and patterns of thought that are holding us back, and to connect with our inner selves and the divine.

One of the benefits of Ho'oponopono is its ability to help us let go of anger, resentment, and other negative emotions. By focusing on forgiveness and love, we can learn to release these emotions and find inner peace and happiness. Through Ho'oponopono, we also learn to take responsibility for our actions and their impact on others, which can help us improve our relationships and interactions with others.

Dr. Hew Len, is a Hawaiian psychologist who gained worldwide recognition for his teaching of the ancient Hawaiian healing technique known as Ho'oponopono. His fame stems from his work in healing a ward of criminally insane patients in Hawaii using this technique, an astonishing feat that modern medicine had not been able to achieve.

The ward was known for their violent behavior, and many of them had committed heinous crimes such as murder and assault. The working conditions at the ward were so hazardous that even the staff found it difficult to work there. Despite the fact that the ward had locked up these individuals, their mental state still remained a constant worry. But Dr. Len's approach to healing these individuals was very different.

Dr. Len did not see them as his patients. Instead, he saw himself as a part of them. He believed that our thoughts and emotions are connected, and that every individual is a part of the same Universe. So, instead of treating their physical ailments, he used Ho'oponopono as a way of healing their souls.

Dr. Len used this technique every day to heal the patients, despite never having met them. Instead, he would read through their case files and focus on the negative energy that had caused their mental illness. By repeating these simple phrases over and over again, he would release the negative energy from within himself and send out positive vibrations to the patients.

Over time, an astonishing transformation occurred. Patients who were once classified as criminally insane began to show signs of improvement. The atmosphere of the ward changed, and the staff members started to feel safer and more positive. Patients were released periodically, and the ward itself eventually shut down due to the lack of patients. Dr Joe Vitale studied Dr Len and wrote a book called Zero Limits: The Secret Hawaiian System for Wealth, Health, Peace, and More.

Dr. Len's story is a powerful reminder that forgiveness and love can heal even the most challenging situations. He teaches us to take responsibility for our thoughts and emotions, to let go of negative energy, and to send out positive vibrations into the Universe. Despite facing criticism from the medical community for his unorthodox approach, Dr. Len remained steadfast in his belief that Ho'oponopono could heal even the most hopeless cases.
