Five guided meditations to help you find peace

Each morning just after I wake up, I make a point of going into stillness in order to cultivate peace and alignment in my life. You might call this practice “meditation”, which is a word that some people have trouble connecting with because they think meditation is only for monks who live on the top of a mountain somewhere, but meditation is really just the practice of focussing the mind towards stillness. To meditate means “to become familiar with”, so meditation really is just becoming familiar with stillness.


You can meditate by just closing your eyes and sitting in silence, but some people find it helpful to listen to a guided meditation, so that your mind doesn’t wander.


I’ve listed my favourite guided meditations below, so you can try them and see if you find them beneficial.
